Chad Wackerman & The L.A. All-Stars 'The Impossible Rock Fusion Tour' (USA/A)
Legendary drummer Chad Wackerman and the L.A. All-Stars are a unique example of incredible musicianship, chemistry and energy that is not to be missed. This is a very rare opportunity to see this group of contemporary musical heavyweights perform together on the same stage.
Chad Wackerman, Alex Machacek, Jimmy Haslip and Steve Hunt will be performing their own compositions, selections from well-known collaborators such as Allan Holdsworth and the Yellow Jackets, as well as some of the absolute craziest, mind-blowing, inimitable, one-off, improvised jams and spontaneous compositions that you really have to be there to hear.
Chad Wackerman is best known as the drummer who recorded and toured the longest with Frank Zappa, as well as for his longtime collaboration with guitar icon Allan Holdsworth.
Alex Machacek (guitar) is the master guitarist of the next generation. Alex has played with Terry Bozzio's "Out Trio", Brand X, Eddie Jobson's UKZ, Planet X, CAB and the Scott Kinsey Group, among others.
