In May 2020, Sibylle Kefer, Marlene Lacherstorfer, Maria Petrova, and Ernst Molden met at Cselleymühle in Oslip/Uzlop, Burgenland, to record their second joint album, supported by Kalle Laar and Thomas Pronai. Since their debut "Dei Schwesda waand", recorded two years earlier at the same place, circumstances had changed drastically. During the pandemic, Ernst Molden and the Women’s Orchestra belonged to a now-prohibited profession. When they finally reunited for night rehearsals and the recording session after months apart, they weren’t even sure if it was allowed. Under these pressures, ten wild songs were born. "Killer band," says Ernst Molden with a smile, "we've never been this intense." Fittingly, the band named their second album "Neiche Zeid" (“New Times”).
