MARS MUSIC PRODUCTIONS presents ROCK THE NIGHT –
Round 14 for a hot night in the name of rock 'n' roll!
The mini-festival ROCK THE NIGHT takes place twice a year. Within the genres of rock and metal, there are no musical boundaries or limits.
The 14th edition presents the farewell show for the 20th anniversary of Viennese metal 'n' roll heroes ECLIPTICA, who will retire to rock 'n' roll retirement after this performance.
The farewell party will be a rock inferno with the uncompromisingly powerful BREWTALITY, inspired by 70s rock music, the Ukrainian glam rockers STAR CRYSTAL, and the groovy BLACK TAPE SUICIDE, a mix of heavy rock, blues, and a dash of punk.
Check out the tickets for a hot night in the name of rock 'n' roll!!!
ECLIPTICA say a loud farewell:
Austrian "metal'n'roll" institution ECLIPTICA will be retiring with a bang on November 22nd at the ((szene)) Vienna after exactly 20 years.
A night to remember, that much should be clear by now.
With five studio albums and numerous acclaimed live performances from Vienna (Donauinselfest!) to Wacken, including support shows for IN EXTREMO, SYMPHONY X, TIM RIPPER OWENS, PAUL DI ANNO, and many others, ECLIPTICA has earned a loyal and steadily growing fan base across all national and genre boundaries.
To mark their retirement in this anniversary year, not only will numerous former band members be honored, but an illustrious group of guest singers will also be welcomed on stage!
In addition to ECLIPTICA veteran Bernie Scholz and former singers Maria Melendez and Evelin "Evil-In" Gatty (Zoitog), Sandra will also be joined by Alexander Karlin (Metternich, Brewtality, and many more), Paul "Mr. Nice Guy" Venturini (Def Crüe), and Hannes Lenhardt (Hairy Pussylovers).
We're looking forward to an evening full of "oldies, but goldies" like "Love And Misery" (number 5 in the Austrian iTunes charts!), "Need Your Love," and "Turn Away," as well as younger fan favorites like "Masterpiece Of Love" and "Children Of The Universe." In addition to many classics and hits, the ECLIPTICA community can also look forward to rarely played live gems and other surprises.
As we said: A night to remember. Or, to quote the band:
This is one for Rock 'n Roll!
BREWTALITY combines hard, expressive rock with the essence of the 70s—distinctive vocals and three-part choirs.
Their music, inspired by greats like AC/DC and Deep Purple, thumps raw and energetically from the speakers, characterized by falsetto screams and expansive guitar solos.
This power trio stands for uncompromising rock 'n' roll, impressing with powerful songs inspired by 70s rock music and energetic live performances.
Star Crystal was founded in Ukraine in 2012 by Susanna Radimovskaya, the band's charismatic and talented frontwoman. They deliver an energetic, larger-than-life sound inspired by the legends of 80s glam metal. With a theatrical stage presence and electrifying guitar solos, the band has quickly become one of the hottest acts in the modern glam metal scene.
Star Crystal is rooted in the birth of 80s glam metal and is committed to bringing the spirit of the genre to a new generation of fans. Frontwoman Susanna Radimovskaya, with her powerful vocals, and her band have captivated audiences at venues across Europe with driving beats and rousing anthems, earning the respect of fans and fellow musicians alike.
STAR CRYSTAL has successfully toured throughout Europe, including performances in France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Sweden, Switzerland, Germany, Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary, Croatia, and Italy. In 2023, Star Crystal also played at "MetalDays," a major metal festival in Slovenia.
Viennese BLACK TAPE SUICIDE play distinctive and energetic "alternative heavy rock"—a blend of heavy rock, blues, and a dash of punk. The band describes itself as "stage hogs" and has only one motto on stage:
"We Are Here To Rock!"
In addition to supporting shows for former Iron Maiden frontman Blaze Bayley and Black Inhale, among others, BTS has already played numerous great shows in and around Vienna.
Any music fan who appreciates energetic, passionately delivered hard rock should definitely attend one of their concerts. Honest, unexpected, without a safety net, raw & real – that's BLACK TAPE SUICIDE.
