On April 11, 2026, the Vienna Core Fest returns to the Vienna scene and promises an evening full of energy, brutal riffs, and intense core vibes!
Headliner Never Obey Again from Italy is a powerful new voice in modern metal, blending cinematic atmospheres, crushing riffs, and sublime melodies.
Led by a dynamic female vocalist and driven by a tight, explosive band, Never Obey Again makes music that speaks directly to the heart of a generation unafraid to question the status quo.
Inspired by bands like Evanescence and Linkin Park, they create music that is both emotional and electrifying. Never Obey Again is quickly establishing itself as one of the most promising acts in modern metal.
Another act at Vienna Core Fest 2026 is Leons Massacre. Since its founding in 2009, the band has established itself as one of the most talented and ambitious bands in the metalcore scene. With their unique style, which combines technical riffs, captivating melodies, and powerful lyrics, the band has amassed a loyal and ever-growing fanbase.
Also joining the lineup is Space of Variations from Ukraine. They are one of the few representatives of the Ukrainian heavy music scene who regularly tour Europe, the US, and Asia, and also receive a great response outside of Ukraine. The band has already shared the stage with world-renowned bands such as POD, Architects, Jinjer, Devildriver, Electric Callboy, Emmure, Bad Omens, Three Days Grace, Malevolence, and many others.
Additionally, two more local support bands will be added to complete the lineup. Stay tuned – more info coming soon!
