Once you have completed your booking at www.vienna-concert.com, you will receive a booking confirmation by email, including your booking number. Please note that this confirmation is not your E-Ticket. Your E-Ticket will be sent to you by email within 7 working days.

For church concerts, only the booking confirmation will be issued, and this document serves as your E-Ticket.

You may either print your E-Ticket/ Booking Confirmation or present it directly from your mobile device at the venue entrance. Simply show your ticket at the venue and enjoy the concert.

 

 

 

 

7. How do you know if there are seats availabale for a certain date?

9. How will the seats be allocated?

Generally, you can select only the ticket category rather than specific seat numbers. Vienna-Concert Team will prioritize seats located together within the category you have chosen.

For all events, including operas, ballets, classical concerts, and other performances, a seating plan is available to help you understand the venue layout. This plan allows you to see the different seating categories and gives you a general idea of where your seats will be located before making a booking.

For larger bookings (for example, 8 tickets), if it is not possible to allocate all seats together, we will arrange them in the closest possible configuration, such as 4+4 or 3+5 seats next to each other.
